1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ServCopilot website and the AI assistant service ("Service") provided by ServCopilot ("we", "us"). By using our website or purchasing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. The Service
We set up and operate an AI website assistant that can answer visitor questions, capture leads, qualify them, provide estimates, and book appointments for your business. Specific capabilities depend on the plan you choose. We may improve or modify features over time.
3. Setup & your responsibilities
We aim to have your copilot live within 48 hours of receiving the information we need (your services, pricing, service area, calendar, and notification details). You're responsible for providing accurate business information and for the accuracy of pricing and availability you ask the copilot to share with your customers.
4. Pricing, billing & "first month free"
Plans are billed monthly in advance at the rates shown on our website, plus the applicable one-time setup fee. Promotional offers, such as a free first month for early clients or two months free on annual billing, apply as described at the time of sign-up. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun. Taxes may apply.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime with no long-term contract. Cancellation stops future monthly charges; we don't provide prorated refunds for the current billing period unless required by law or stated in a specific offer. On cancellation, we will deactivate the copilot on your site.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content, to violate others' privacy, or to break any applicable laws (including telemarketing, messaging, and consumer-protection rules). You're responsible for your customers' interactions and for honoring the commitments your copilot makes on your behalf.
7. AI limitations
The copilot uses AI and may occasionally produce incorrect or incomplete answers. It's a tool to assist your business, not a guarantee. You're responsible for reviewing important interactions and for final decisions on quotes, scheduling, and service. During your first month we review conversations to help tune accuracy.
8. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the ServCopilot software, templates, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, bookings, or revenue.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
